Recent technological innovations in nonlinear diagnostic equipment and software have led to a fundamental expansion of NLS research applications and improvements in image quality. A promising direction for developing NLS diagnostics using Biophilia Tracker is the multidimensional virtual reconstruction mode of NLS images, allowing visualization of cross-sections and anatomical reconstructions of the study area, which remain invisible during two-dimensional applications. This approach offers the possibility of data processing, using rotation and scaling to present the true anatomical structure of organs in direct projection. Compared to two-dimensional visualization, three-dimensional NLS scanning offers certain technical and practical advantages in visualizing anatomical and pathological structures. This method allows for cross-sectioning of acquired images, such as frontal images, or isolation of individual regions in rapid visual mode. It allows visualization of the internal structures of solid organs, and if there are areas of influence within the investigation area, the operator can isolate and magnify the solid region to see intratissue growth in NLS ultramicro scanning mode. Spectral entropy analysis (SEA) mode allows for the definition of morphological features of the study area by comparing spectral similarity with etalon processes.According to T. Guseva et al., three-dimensional NLS is superior to standard two-dimensional NLS in studying the anatomical movement of hepatic vessels and bile ducts.A. Schvack, in his work, evaluated the practicality of three-dimensional NLS scanning in patients with obstructive diseases of the bile excretory system. After comparing three-dimensional NLS scanning with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), he noted that three-dimensional NLS scanning had nearly the same efficiency and information content as ERCP in assessing biliary system pathology.
